高分辨率活細胞生物成像的最佳選擇
LiT LBS激光片層掃描顯微鏡將幫助生物學家以前所未有的靈敏度,分辨率以及成像速度解讀活體樣品的三維動態過程。 Litone I.BS系統使用了最前沿的光學和工程技術來產生一束超薄的線性貝塞爾片層光( Line Bessel Sheet,簡稱LBS),并用它來實現對生物樣品的高精度光學層析。此項專利技術的應用不僅顯著提高了片層光顯微系統的成像分辦率,而且允許系統使用超弱的激發光便可從樣品中獲得足夠的信號強度,所以極大的減弱了樣品在成像時承受的光毒性,延長了樣品的有效觀測時間,以此幫助觀測者獲得更多高質量的成像數據。
